Methodologies


IPD's implementation methodology is founded upon the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and includes a set of tools, technicques, and working practices that help to ensure the consistent delivery of quality results and the effective management of risk. The IPD Implementation Methodology organizes project activities by project phase based on numerous factors, including organizational objectives, related initiatives, scope, time constraints, budget and known dependencies.

Each project is supported by a detailed project plan that is actively managed to help ensure the achievement of agreed upon goals and objectives. Projected ROI is calculated and projects often pay for themselves within 12 months.
