Ultera Attachment Handler Module


Often, documents necessary for processing work enter the system at different points in the process, thus causing work to be put "on hold," until the document is received and properly distributed. The Attachment Handler Module monitors these "trailing" documents and matches them to the correct item in the work process. Once a match is made, the Attachment Handler automatically takes the work item off hold and routes it to the next step in the process.

The benefits provided by the Attachment Handler include:

  • Eliminates the need to manually match trailing documents with the appropriate work item, freeing up resource time to perform other tasks
  • Significantly increases the amount of 'active'cases each worker can process
